Christian World View
Christian World View is a set of Truth that are the foundation of Christian Faith
Having defined what is Truth and establish the criteria for the Truth, let us know examine a set of important truth.
I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. C.S. Lewis

Truth Worldview
It is important to have a complete understanding (Coherent view) of important questions about who we are, why we are here, is there God, who is God and what is the end game?
In University, the good student want to understand how to succeed, what is required of him, how the marks are distributed, how much is the final, mid-term, lab work, etc. so he/she can meet the requirements.
Likewise, we must understand what is required of us in this life, is there anything required at all?
This is the Worldview that is critical and we are dealing with here
The worldview we hold affects how we think, act and interface with the world.
In our case, the worldview is composed of understanding and set of beliefs about:
- God
- Humanity
- Values: Good and Evil
- Time: History
- Matter: Science:
- Mind: Philosophy
Or put in another way:
- The truth about ourselves: our strengths, weaknesses, successes, failures, opportunities, and limitations.
- The truth about the world, that it is what it is and we can’t magically change it.
- The truth about God, that he is Creator and King, and has a claim on us
Again, the test here is that our understanding and beliefs about the entire worldview must be based on:
- Reality (Correspondence Theory)
- and Consistence (Coherence Theory)
- and Working (Pragmatic Theory)
